Here’s where I’ll post the pictures I take throughout this journey.  I’ll put them in posts too, but I’m also putting them here for quick reference.

February 5, 2011 (After 4-Day Anti-Bloat Jump Start) – These were taken on Day 5, the first day after the 4-day Anti-Bloat Jump Start.  The light is different because I took these at about 7:00 a.m., before I had natural daylight.  It’s a bit more flattering, LOL!  I can see a slight improvement in the belly area.  Not a huge difference, but it’s only been 4 days!

March 9, 2011 (End of first 32 days) – I’m calling this the end, but really, it’s the beginning of a lifetime journey!  These were taken a few days after finishing the first 32 days and after about 20 days of Tracy Anderson’s Metamorphosis –

I wish there was a way to put them side by side, but I can’t (don’t have time to) figure it out!  I see improvement.  Not a TON, but it’s getting better!  My belly has definitely flattened out, and the backs of my thighs are looking smoother. I think my butt looks a bit smaller as well.  What do YOU think??  Post some comments!

March 18, 2011 – Metamorphosis Day 30  – Just some quickie shots in my jeans because – well, frankly because I thought I looked pretty good in them, and also because I was too lazy and pressed for time to don the swimsuit!  LOL!  I’m happy with the way things are going!  Of course, I’m tan (from my trip to AZ), and a tan hides a multitude of sins, and the jeans help lift my butt, and you can’t see the back of my thighs – that’s a whole ‘nother story!  Will do the “full monty” pics on day 40 or 50.

June 30, 2011 (after Metamorphosis) – Okay, here they are, my “after” pictures, although it’s been about 2 weeks since I actually finished Meta.  LOL!  I forgot the usual polka dot swimsuit bottom at the lake, so I’m wearing something different. I don’t see a lot of difference from the pics taken on March 9 after the first 30 days.

    Way to go Shelley!! Youre pictures look fab. I’m so jealous. I’ve always put weight on in my thighs in tha past, but now in my 40s I’m seeing this “tire” and pooch in and around my abs. So depressing. You’re an inspiration!! Keep up the great work.

      Hi, FK! Nice to see one of my fave check in buddies here! Yeah, the abs for me have been amazing. Between Tracy and FBD, I’m really seeing a difference there. I notice early in the morning (before any bloat has taken place), I can definitely see some muscle definition in my abs. DH tells me I’ll have a six pack soon. LOL! Here’s hoping! For me too, it’s always been the thighs. I had a flat belly for years (even after 3 kids), and it sucks to see it go to pot. The last kid born via c-section, I think, started the downhill slide, and now age and the dreaded peri-meno are contributing. I figured I’d better take charge while I still could!
